A look into the Philosophy and Unique point of view of BASI Pilates

I’ve been a teacher and Teacher Trainer for BASI for a quite a number of years now. My original training was closer to what one would call the ‘Classical’ work, but soon after finishing my first teacher training I had the pleasure of meeting Rael Isacowitz and like many others, to be swept away by his unique energy, conviction and mastery of the work. This naturally led me to take the BASI course and to pursue a career within the BASI family.
